Refund Policy


Returns

All products must be inspected before they are signed for, as damage from our shipping partners cannot be claimed once the item has been signed for.


Any issue with a product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any defects raised outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for return.


Items must be authorised for return by CCUK before they are sent back. Returns received without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.


All authorised returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.


Labour costs will not be covered, nor will shipping costs should a product be defective, not fit correctly, or become damaged due to poor fitting.


Bespoke products are not eligible for return. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure their requirements are correct before placing an order. This includes skinning work, individually painted items, bespoke shapes or sizes, or any parts produced with specific requests from the buyer.


All parts are baked at a minimum of 20°C and a maximum of 55°C. Should your part be exposed to temperatures exceeding this range, any resulting damage will not be covered by CCUK.


There is no warranty provided on custom products, and products that have been fitted or tampered with in any way will also have their warranty voided.

Refunds (if applicable)



Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of working days.


Please note:


  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.






Sale Items



Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.





Exchange Products



Exchange items must be sent back to us within 12 days, otherwise we reserve the right to retain the £100 deposit.


Our exchange service relies on having parts available to modify. Without the exchange item being returned, we are unable to offer this service.





Shipping



It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.


If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer will be liable for any additional shipping costs required to recover or resend the item.


To return a product, please email info@carbonculture.uk for instructions on where and how to return your item(s).


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service and obtaining proof of postage.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
