Refund policy

Returns

All products must be inspected before they are signed for, as damage from our shipping partners can not be claimed against once signed for. 

Any issue with a product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, any defects raised outside of time will not be eligible for return.

Items must be authorised for return by CCUK before they are returned, without prior authorisation the product will not be refunded.

Labour costs will not be covered, nor will shipping costs should a product be defective / not fit, or become damaged, due to poor fitting.

Bespoke products are not eligible for return, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they are exact with their requirements before order. This includes skinning work, individual painted items, bespoke shapes, sizes or any parts with a unique design with specific requests from the buyer. 

All parts are baked at a minimum of 20 degrees, and a maximum of 55 degrees. Should your part be exposed to temperatures in excess of this, damage will occur, and not be covered by CCUK.

There is no warranty provided on custom products, products that have been fitted, or been tampered with in any way will also have the warranty voided.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  

Exchange Products

Exchange items must be sent to us within 12 days, otherwise we reserve the right to keep the £100 deposit. 

Our exchange service relies on having parts on the shelf to modify, without the exchange item, we are unable to offer this service. 


Shipping

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they enter the correct shipping address at checkout. 

If you do not ensure this is correct, you are liable for either the return costs, or recovery of the item.

To return your product please email info@carbonculture.uk for more instructions on how to and where to return your item(s) to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a signed for or tracking service and you must obtain proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
